Shipping 

All orders are produced and shipped from our production office in Mexico City, where garment manufacturing, fabric sourcing, and logistics are carefully managed. Shipping rates may vary, and we select the most efficient and cost-effective options while remaining mindful of tariff regulations. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and included in your Order Confirmation email. Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. national holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.

Tracking Number

On occasion, a style may be on backorder. If so, we’ll notify you via email with the updated restock date. You will only be charged once your item ships.

Backordered pieces may ship separately from the rest of your order, or, if necessary, be canceled. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

RETURN POLICY

Each garment is custom-made to the client’s specific measurements. Due to the nature of our swimwear and resort wear, and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once production has begun, refunds are not available. All custom garments are considered final sale and non-returnable. Please note that at this time, we do not have a return shipping address as production is managed through our partnered facility in Mexico City.
